Transfer Your Site to Us

Tired of the downtime with your current host or lack of support? Want to move to us? If so, then we're here to help. We will transfer your site accross to us free of charge. Follow the process below to get started:
- Begin by ordering your chosen package from us in the normal way.
- After the order is completed, you will be taken to your client area. From here you need to open a support ticket requesting the transfer of your existing site. The information you need to include is:
Current Domain:
Current Server IP Address:
Existing Username:
Existing Password:
- We will then transfer the account over for you. Once this is complete we will respond to the ticket letting you know it is now safe to cancel the previous account and update the nameservers on the domain to point to our servers (if you have kept control of the domain - if not we will do this for you aswell).
- Once the domain has updated and nameservers have propagated, your site will then continue to work as before as it did before it was moved to our servers.
